$75 Diagnostic
If something is wrong, we will come out and complete a thorough scan of all components. We will inform you of all problems and if anything may become a future problem. We won’t sell you anything you don’t need.
$125 One Time Maintenance/Tune-Up
This will include the diagnostic as well as cleaning indoor and outdoor coils, correcting refrigerant levels, and checking electrical and mechanical components for reliability and safety.
$175 Yearly Maintenance
Yearly Summer cooling and Fall heating checks, and 15% discount on any repairs. Add $75 for each additional system.
